By submitting a comment, image or caption you agree that Oh What a Night, LLC and its members, gala class representatives, committee chairpersons, and volunteers (collectively “Oh What a Night”) may publicly post your submitted material on this website, and may, but are not required to, include your comments. images and/or captions in a reunion keepsake book for all Oh What a Night Gala attendees.
All content that you submit via electronic form submission or email can be publically viewed on the World Wide Web. Your text comments on the "About You" page, digital iimages (photos) on the individual Class pages, and/or image captions will be posted as submitted by you. Submissions will not be displayed immediately. They are processed on a delayed schedule.
Oh What a Night reserves the right to refuse or remove any comment or image that does not comply with the Public Posting Guidelines listed below. Oh What a Night is not responsible or liable in any way for comments, images or captions posted by its users.
Public Posting Guidelines
Keep it Clean and Respectful. Posts should not harass, abuse, or threaten another’s personal safety or property, make false statements, defame, impersonate someone else, contain profanity, sexually explicit, illegal or otherwise objectionable content, as determined by Oh What a Night, LLC in its sole discretion.
Don’t Infringe. Don’t copy or infringe upon someone else’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property via use of this website. We want to hear from YOU, so keep it original! If you post content that belongs to someone else, Oh What a Night can and will take appropriate action in response to any Take-Down Notice received pursuant to the DMCA.
Don’t Post Overly-Personal or Harmful Materials on the Site. Don’t include your mailing address, social security number, or credit card numbers (duh), or any personal information you wouldn’t want to hand to a stranger on the street, because that’s who may read this stuff. Also, don’t upload html, viruses, or malicious code that may be harmful to our website.
No Spam. Nobody likes spam. This website is for classmates to reconnect and find out what we’ve all been up to; please don’t turn it into a commercial or advertising platform. |
